In normal working hours, any one of our office staff may answer when you call us. Out of normal UK office hours you will need to leave a message for us to call you back. We operate a call-back system so that each enquiry can be allocated to the most appropriate person for the enquiry, therefore when you call please give us flexible times to call you back.

I will provide you with a detailed programme of the meetings that have been confirmed, and your interpreters will be helping to arrange additional meetings wherever you would like to fit them in. I will also suggest the locations that I feel you will feel most comfortable with your chosen ladies. When you come to Kiev, you will also be provided with my contact phone number. If you need to contact myself, another interpreter, your guide, your apartment landlord, or your driver, you need only call me, unless we formally arrange otherwise.
