Use this response if you are not able to contact the lady.
More often than not, you should use this response rather than the "not interested" response, because it is more polite. However if a man has around 50% positive replies, it is ok to send "not interested".
If we have a new member, and the first 3 or 4 ladies you contact are not available, WAIT until you have got some positive replies before you start sending the "not available" responses. It is common sense not to provide bad news before we give the man some good news - real interested ladies.
If a lady has been in regular communications with a member, and then she suddently says she is no longer interested, you should notify head office, and let them deal with it. Head office may need to offer a proportionate refund or give an account credit.
