Tour Develpment Managers Required
Introduction
As an add on to our business of providing tours for men to meet unlimited ladies on an individual basis, we have developed the prospect of group tours, to attend top notch "social events", as a fast track to meet more ladies more quickly.
We need skilful managers, who can develop the groups, and accompany (discretionary) groups of men to our social events, to meet 100's of ladies. For payment terms, see the heading "Remuneration..." below.
This is a self-employed offer only, and pay is on a results / commission basis only, therfore we recommend selected participants initially join us on a part-time basis, as a second job / weekend job, until you build up your earnings potential / bookings, to switch to full time - unless ofcourse you are an expert in the field of marketing for that type of event, or you are in a position of influence where you know a lot of single men.
This offer is simply about giving men an opportunity to find a partner, and found a family, a basic human right. Finding happiness is statistically impossible for all men in the UK, and being rewarded for helping men have a great chance at finding happiness is surely a commendable cause which deserves recompense. Note: this work offer is open to both men and women, however attendance on our tours or social events is for single men only.
We invite and realise the confirmed attendance of, at least ten times more ladies than men at our social events. On average there would be 20 - 30 men, with a ten-fold ratio of 200 - 300 ladies. With the support of our Group Tour Managers and local staff, social events have proven to be a great way for single men to quickly meet a lot of ladies - significantly increasing the prospect of finding a suitable partner, in a friendly, non-intimidating environment.
If you are a marketing expert, or have a wide range of entrepreneurial, sales, and marketing skills (See terms and conditions below), and you know how to get results, then working with us is certain to be an exciting adventure. You can either treat it as a purely business proposition, or if your interested in attending a social yourself, you could still earn at least £178.50 for every future booking you generate, a great incentive just for making recommendations. We have a remarkable system for ensuring that any registration on our website is acknowledged to be as a result of the introducers efforts - all you will need to quote is your referrer i.d to all those you inform about our socials, which will give them a £50 thank you discount on booking.
This is a people business, so if you are a people person, and have the skills to make this work, it is likely to be a better union than throwing our money at rip off Britain's truly extortionate marketing mediums, such as e.g.: TV £10,000 for 10 x 10 second slots etc. The prices below give us the opportunity to set up top notch social events that you will never forget; it allows those who have significant social influence to help single men find a suitable partner, and be rewarded for it - saving us expensive marketing, and it also allows all those that partake, to recover some of their costs if they have a friend/friends they can recommend - a self generating fair system that works!
*Your role as a new Tour Develoment Mgr / social event (party) organiser primarily extends to finding single men who are interested in touring / travelling to any of our social events. Your accompaniment on the tour is discretionary, i.e. its your choice. Currently, our socials and tours are organised in Kiev, Ukraine, just 3.5 hours from Heathrow Airport. A visa is NOT REQUIRED to visit Kiev.
To travel to the social event (party) is easy to organise. It's simple, for example, to plan a flight to Kiev for Saturday morning, and fly home on Sunday afternoon. Of course you could stay longer. The venue for the social event (party) and the vast organisation of the attendance of all the ladies will be organised by our local Kiev managers.
You will be paid for each individual new client booking that you generate for any of our social events (parties). For up to £595* each, your first time clients will be introduced to a truly amazing new world of choice of women and adventure. Most women on our website, are educated and attractive and slim - the price for the social event is a very small price to pay for this fantastic opportunity to see and meet an abundance of ladies, almost a fast track system to find a most suitable companion for life - its priceless, not least because our site is genuine. *The price for attending our social events is reduced by £50 to £545 as long as the referee provides the referrers i.d number or name.
The price is also reduced by almost 50% to £275 for our tour members (members who have booked tours to meet ladies on an individual basis) or members who re-book to attend a "social event" for a second time.
Note: Referees or members can earn £££'s or cut their own tour/social event costs further significantly just by telling a friend who also books.

16-20 bookings - 40%

Therefore you would be paid up to ££4760 for 16-20 bookings (£238 per booking)
21-25 bookings - 45%
Price per booking is £595
Therefore you would be paid up to £6693.75 for 21-25 bookings (£267.75 per booking)
26-30 bookings - 50%
Price per booking is £595
Therefore you would be paid up to £8925 for 26-30 bookings (£297.50 per booking)
31 - 100 (maximum for any social event) bookings
Price per booking is £595
You would be paid £300 per booking
About the Social Event (Party) functions
When we put on an event, we make sure it is a spectacular occasion to impress all who attend, and our system that first time attendees pay more, with the potential to recover costs with our "earn by referral" and "social event system compliments this perfectly.
Our socials cater both for those that prefer a refined atmosphere where chatting is easy, and we use separate function room for a disco atmosphere later in the evening, to ensure no one is disappointed. Our interpreters, and managers will be on hand if needed to break the ice, and to make sure you get talking to plenty of ladies - they will be everywhere. Our services are pricelessly genuine, and exceptionally competitive. Our venues are not back street locations; we are only interested in providing our clients with high quality top-notch venues to make each an every event special.
We ensure there is a plentiful supply of free beverages and food, such as champagne, wine, including tea, coffee and soft drinks - many ladies don't drink alcohol. Of course it is free for ladies in Kiev, and the more prestigious event that we put on, the more the word gets round to attract new single ladies for future events.
This opportunity is most suitable for men who are established, and have a little more than just a modicum of financial security to be able to afford to found a family (a basic human right) and who can afford the contribution it takes to make sure the social event is successful. As well as sustenance for all, to make a successful social event we need to invite 100's of ladies and monitor their registration; we ensure that the social event is a well organised, and fully staffed in terms of caterers and translators and door security to make sure it remains a private function for every ones benefit, it all costs money.
We are holding our social events on Saturday evenings, which make venues more costly, but attendance is usually greater, and the frequency of events is dependent on numbers of clients booking in any week or month. We operate all year round - Kiev can be just as exciting in winter, as it can be in summer. To attend the social event can be as simple as booking a flight to Kiev for Saturday morning, and flying home on Sunday afternoon but many clients choose to stay longer to spend time with ladies, in conjunction with a fully paid tour or a snap Executive Ventures trip.
You should decide your own timescale for generating your clients who want to attend a social event / party with discussions with them. For example your ongoing marketing activities should run in monthly cycles organising bookings in May for August, and June, for September to ensure you are within the 56-day advance payment timescale.
Exact dates will be given to you dependant on the number of actual bookings for the number of proposed dates. It may be that we confirm the precise date of the social event 2 months in advance, if the occasion is booked up quickly, or 2 weeks in advance if bookings are less quick. We endeavour to give a much notice as possible, however to date it has not proved a problem to book flights and accommodation at short notice, just a few days before the event, as long as there are no other special events happening in Kiev.
Typically our social party clients will fly on Friday morning to have a relaxing evening settling in on Friday Evening, get to know Kiev on Saturday day, or tour or Executive Ventures members may be meeting ladies in the day, and then attend the social event on Saturday evening, and fly home on Sunday afternoon. Many fly out on Saturday just for the evening, and return on Sunday, but we recommend you go the day before, so you have a chance to see Kiev, and just in case there are any delays with your flights.
One of our last social clients contrasted the social he attended with a massive wedding - I thought strange at first but the quote caught me by surprise. At a friends wedding he recalled looking around for a single women and was unfortunately disappointed so he said he resorted to getting blathered as usual. He said about our social that "it was like being at a universal wedding celebration for future brides - truly amazing" and he said that he wished he'd met me 20 years ago...!. Life is to short, to ignore this golden opportunity.
Term and Conditions - brief
*This is a commission only opportunity. You can use any means at your disposal to advertise our social events, however there will be no other payments than those described above in the remuneration section. This opportunity is most suitable for people who understand what it takes to conduct low cost marketing - primarily hard work talking to people, to benefit from the high commission payments described. Your sales skills should help, however if you have Internet marketing / tech skills such as email marketing, social marketing, blogging, networking then this would also be a bonus for you. If you have no success (bookings), you have no pay. The world of marketing is a minefield; hence I am seeking the best workers, the best minds, and paying potentially excellent remuneration to those who can get results.
All vacancies are on a self-employed basis. You will be paid commission on a gross basis. You will receive a commission statement each time a payment is due to you. You should set aside at least 20% to pay for any future tax liabilities. You must declare any income on your annual tax return - UK. Payments to overseas contractors will be subject to declaring their income to their particular tax-authorities.
We will pay you in full within 28 days of any social event. If you choose to accompany your group to the social event, we may make a discretionary advance commission payment to you, subject to our agreement. If you choose to accompany your group, like your clients, you will have your flights and accommodation to pay for. You will also have to pay £275 to attend the social if you bring less than 3 additional men who have paid the full price. Of course there is no price reduction at all if you attend the social alone.
Commissions shown above for each individual booking are applicable to the numbers of clients you generate per individual social event (party). Therefore if you generate 21 bookings over 3 social events (i.e. 7 bookings per event, your commission rate would be 30%...).
Refunds by us to you / your clients (full or partial) are on an entirely discretionary basis - we do not offer refunds because once we commit ourselves, the expenditure, and work has been commenced, however we may offer a discount for a future social event if you have to cancel due to an emergency. Refunds and discounts are entirely at the company's discretion.
Payment for social events must be made in full, as cleared funds 56 days before any proposed tour to ensure proper planning, lady attendance, male qualification and acceptance and entry to the proposed tour. There would be a deduction of 0.25% commission per day for late payment. For example, if payment cleared in advance of the social of 28 days, the 28 x 0.25 = 7. 7% would be deducted from whatever commission rate you qualify for, such as the top commission rate would be reduced from 50% to 43%, and the lower commission rate would be reduced from 30% to 23%. We must operate this system to deter last minute bookings, which are not conducive to proper planning. Get your clients to pay well in advance - it is inevitable that they will be available for one, if not another future event.
It is compulsory for any future social event or tour member to join our site using any flexible join option, as a minimum they must pay the £10 i.d check / joining fee, which can be used to pay for 4 letter replies. It is also compulsory to provide us with a photo (on or off the site or by email).
You can terminate your co-operation at a moments notice. Lack of results or bookings effectively means you are not conducting or in a position to conduct the role effectively. No notice is required to terminate our co-operation with each other. There is no fixed term to our co-operation. Bookings and payments we receive that have been made in advance of terminating our co-operation will be paid to you within 30 days after the social event date.
Flight arrangements are the responsibility of the individual, we are not a travel agency and cannot be held responsible for flight delays, which cause you to miss the event, but we will consider a discount (entirely at our discretion) at a later event if you don't make it to the social event through no fault of your own. We are a dating agency, and our service extends to arranging meetings (individual or group) between men and women.
Accommodation is the responsibility of the individual, however we can recommend the most value hotels and apartments if required.
We reserve the right to add new terms and conditions and amend these terms and conditions at any time. These terms and conditions should be read in conjunctions with the full website terms and conditions at the bottom of this page, and with all the other information that is posted on this website.
You should start by planning your first social event (party) bookings 12 weeks forward, that way, you have the most potential for getting into the higher commission / profit categories to generate enough bookings for a single social event organised by you, and, if you were to choose to accompany the clients, then at least they are all clients generated by yourself. Its not essential to follow this, however booking in shorter timescales may mean clients attending events from multiple social event organisers, which is fine with us, but you would only receive commission based on the number of clients you generated for that individual event.
Important note
We have a remarkable system for ensuring that any registration on our website is acknowledged to be as a result of your efforts - you will quote your referrer i.d to all those you inform about our socials / services, which will give them £50 discount on booking. You should always remind the client to input your referrer i.d when they register to qualify for discounts. If they do not input your I.D when they register, the price would be £595, unless they provide the name or i.d of the person who introduced them.
Even if the person you refer does not embark on a social, and they opt for an individual tour instead, they must quote the referrers i.d to get £50 discount, and you can see the potential commissions payable for tours on the "earn by referral" page. You can also see all our members at www.english-dating.com if you have introduced someone on our site on a face to face basis, and you can point them out as long as you know their surname and we can confirm with them that they know you as their introducer.
