Welcome to ASA Vantage Romantic Adventures.
Our Head Office is in the Midlands and can be found oun our home pageWe provide a service for adult
males to meet adult females through a web site communication system. Please
read these terms and conditions carefully. By paying to become a member you are
entering into a legally binding contract for the provision of this service. You
must be 18 or over to use this service. Below we set out our services in
detail, and the disclaimers that you must fully understand when using our
service.
This contract includes important information for members
(The client - any individual using our service) of ASA Vantage Romantic
Adventures (the company). Where we refer to ASA Vantage OR Romantic Adventures,
we are referring to our business. Payment for services including joining the
site, writing letters, and / or booking a tour shall represent
consent and acknowledgement of all the provisions shown herein. Information here
supersedes any information that may be shown on our website.
Services provided by the Company and General information
A) Communication service: website
membership for communications between members and ladies; letter translations
between members and ladies; gift purchases by the member and delivery to the
ladies; web site membership includes a personal control panel for members with
an individual username and password provided for your security and privacy;
there is also an account area and control panel which gives you freedom to organize your
communications and pay for any gifts and extra letter translations you wish to
carry out, or purchase Unlimited Access for letter translations over 2, 4 and 6
months, or by using Executive Ventures subscription choices, for unlimited
letters, which man, with the ladies permission, and which may in future require
your confirmation of having no criminal record etc. could lead to your aquiring direct
contact details of the ladies you chose.
B) Tour Service: Lady
Meetings throughout Central (Eastern) Europe, and elsewhere dictated by the
destinations we arrange your meetings and where the lady may live / travel
from. Our tour prices allow us to pay for travel expenses for the member and for the
lady up to a maximum of 15% of the tour price. If the expenses are likely to be
more than the expected amount, this will be negotiated and agreed with the client
on an individual basis, and dependent on the clients requirements.

Please note that because we barely cover the costs we incur for letter translations (see cost explained above), and to assist with obtaining speedy replies, we have implemented a word/character limit on letter translations. The limit is set at 2,200 characters per letter, which we find is plenty for most members, but we mention it here as it is our policy to be upfront about how we operate.
You can pursue your goal of meeting these ladies with absolute confidence in all your communications with any of the above join options. We hope our upfront direct approach is well received. These are clear choices to help you succeed, which you can subjectively select for best value and transaction convenience. Whichever option you choose, there are limitless ladies to meet on a future tour.
If you are most serious in your search for a partner, then we will help you achieve your goal. We believe in providing quality services, delivered with the friendliest approach. Don't underestimate the personal value of paying for genuine letters from genuine ladies by a genuine, responsible and accountable UK Company.
We are aware that factors outside your control sometimes make paying for services online problematic. We are happy to assist with alternative payments methods if your online transaction fails for whatever reason, or you simply prefer to pay for services offline. If need be, please call us to arrange an alternative payment system.
Sending and Receiving Letters. How this works:
You select your favourite
ladies from our database. Send each one a letter, which is included in your
monthly membership fee. From those who reply,
you decide whether to continue communications:
If you do, each letter will be charged at £5 If
you decide not to correspond further, you will not be charged and a polite
decline notice will be returned to lady. Once
you are in full correspondence with a lady, you will be charged £5 for each
letter (Option 1 Pay as You Go).
Your are in full control of this cost as you
choose who to write to from whom to receive letters (unless you an Executive Ventures
subscription choice or you choose a non-subscription Unlimited Time Package choice,
which membership is dictated by a time frame and the amount of unlimited letters within that time
frame).
B
Standard Tour Information
The following list of information is provided as a
general guide, relevant to all our tours. We cater for your specific needs and
requirements on an individual basis, wherever you depart from and whether you
travel to Ukraine by land or by sea. The main difference affecting the cost of
our tour packages is the level of actual support and interpreter assistance you
require. All our tours will usually include:

from Borispol or relevant Ukraine Airport

departure, provision of name, photo and mobile phone number of the interpreter
who is allocated to collect you from the airport.
She will have a placard with your name and will recognise you as
you come through customs.

with baggage, transportation to Hotel and checking in assistance.

of lady meetings planned and places for rendezvous.

Guided tour of
the city / locality.

Transportation
arrangements and costs between cities.

(and the return journey) for all your chosen ladies - many may travel long
distance to meet you.

Other expenses
for the lady. You may only wish to spend a short time with a lady who has
travelled from afar which may be disappointing for her/them. We ensure she/they
are comfortable and we like to make trips as enjoyable as possible in the
circumstances whilst she/they are awaiting return transport.

Attending
socials (If dates coincide with socials, an extra charge is payable on site if
attendance is desired).

You may decide
that you only want to spend a short time with a lady who may have travelled all
day or all night to meet you (first meetings are usually up to one hour).
We think it is impolite and unfair to send a
lady back to the train station directly after meeting you.
We resolve such matters/needs on an
individual basis and dependent on train times.
To provide a lady with a small apartment for an evening would cost
approximately £25. This may not be required
if the lady has relatives or friends

20 % Discount
All costs of letters paid for by the member, individual
letters or cost or unlimited letter packages, will be deducted from your chosen
tour price up to a maximum of 20% of the tour prices stipulated below. This
effectively means that most, if not all of the amount you have paid for letter
translations is refunded. Payment must be received as cleared funds 28 full
days before the day you fly.
10% Advance Payment Discount
Proper planning and preparation goes a long way for
helping us organise your meetings, and ensuring that we have enough
interpreters available 24 hours a day to cater for each tour member. Also, many
ladies work long hours and like most people, need to plan ahead. There is very
little chance for most ladies to take time off in bulk at short notice. 10%
discount is offered to members who provide cleared funds 56 days prior to the
tour.
NOTE: 30% Discount is automatically awarded to repeat
clients as long as final payment is made 28 full days in advance.

Basic Tour Costs
Basic Package includes all the Standard services above.
Please be aware that you will need to pay for
interpreter services as and when you need them with this basic package.
The usual cost is £5 or $9 per hour. Hours you need may
depend on whether your chosen lady speaks English or if you desire interpreter assistance
on other travels.
We always recommend you have an interpreter for the
first hour of any meeting to help both parties feel settled and comfortable.
You may choose this option if you are meeting few
ladies. We strongly recommend you meet at least 10 ladies.

We will assign you two interpreters for daily 24 hour
guidance so that you can maximize every moment of your visit and arrange ad hoc

duration of your stay.
Full qualification for 20% discount provided for the 10
and 14-day options.

Our tour service may include arranging visas (dependent
on point of origination and location visited); airport pick
up a drop off, VIP speed service through the airport, transport to
accommodation, setting up lady meetings, translations service at meetings and
arranging for ladies to come to the required destination if they live out of
the destinations being visited, city, cultural and historical tours and
additional interpreter service and transportation if requested and paid for by
the member.
Tours alterations: Any claims for refund must be sent to
Romantic Adventures in writing, at the address below, within 30 days of your
return. Any cancellation by the client whether voluntary or through factors
outside the client or the company control are
non-refundable. No responsibility is accepted for expenses or loss during the
client vacation including factors such as delay, aircraft re-route, schedule
changes etc. Any refund which is offered by the company where the company has
responsibility for the problem is under the express understanding that the
receipt of that refund waives any additional remedies. The company will act
fairly at its discretion as to refunds. Payment for tour services shall be made
in full 28 days in advance. Late
payment may decrease the liklihood of successfully planned meetings.
Tours: To book a tour we will need at least one month's
notice to give the company time
where necessary to
arrange visas (if required) and begin to organize your requirements and meetings abroad. The cost of the different tours is set out in
these terms and condintions. You may not include in your member profile (or
transmit to any of our ladies) any personal contact information such as
telephone numbers or email addresses. Any such action will be acting contrary
to these terms and conditions and provides the company authority to cancel your
membership with no possibility of a refund. Additionally the company provides
security through its years of experience to both the client and the member. If
a member experiences any loss of money through dealing separately from the
company it is totally the member's responsibility. Additionally if the member
operates outside of the company we hold no responsibility for the member's
requirements, meetings or safety and guidance abroad.
You can book your tour at any time
of the year. Packages include a variety of services to suit most
budgets/requirements. All of our ladies have
shown a genuine commitment to meet western men to develop relations leading to
marriage. We carefully monitor the ladies for the purpose of maintaining only
those who have sincere relationship development intentions. Our tours include one, two or three city locations. However
we believe that most of your time should be spent developing your relationships
not traveling around from city to city. Our
business has been set up with the highest British moral and ethical standards
to provide our clients with the best possibility to meet your life long partner
and we strive constantly to maintain the highest integrity in all of our
business dealings.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST REQUEST THAT YOUR DISCOUNT IS
CALCULTED PRIOR TO BOOKING A TOUR. YOUR DISCOUNT WILL BE THE COST OF YOUR
LETTERS, OR 20%, WHICHEVER THE LESS, AT THE TIME OF BOOKING YOUR TOUR. TO
QUALIFY FOR THE DISCOUNT, PAYMENT SHOULD BE RECEIVED APPROXIMATELY 28 DAYS IN
ADVANCE OF YOUR TOUR AND PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY CHEQUE TO QUALIFY. A
FURTHER 10% AVAILABLE WITH 56 DAYS ADVANCE PAYMENT.
PAYMENT FOR TOURS SHOULD ME MADE BY CHEQUE TO THE ADDRESS ABOVE,
WITH THIS SIGNED DOCUMENT. A COPY WILL
BE RETURNED TO YOU AS YOUR RECEIPT.
Accomodation and flights: Romantic Adventures is not a
travel agent. Accommodation can be arranged once you are at your chosen
destination by local accommodation providers (independent contractors) in
either a hotel or an apartment. We can advise generically about suitable
accommodation and ensure spaces are available, and whether to book an apartment
or a hotel and the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Romantic
Adventures cannot be held responsible for accommodation problems. Your standard
of accommodation usually represents the amount you choose to pay, which can
vary widely. Our interpreters can help sort out any such problems in the
unlikely event they occur. Flights are the responsibility of the client. We can
provide general information about flights, when to book and good cost effective
airlines. Romantic Adventures cannot be held responsible for flight delays
cancellations and baggage allowances and other potential problems with
airlines. However, if you are delayed on your journey we will Endeavour to
provide a flexible service to meet you whenever you arrive and rearrange any
meetings if necessary and provide a service as good in quality as if you had
not been delayed.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
1 Flight costs are not
included. Estimated cost of flight with British Airways is £100 each way plus
tax. It is usually more expensive at short notice. We can advise with your
booking. You are also advised to arrange travel insurance.
2 Accommodation costs
are not included. Average costs of accommodation is £25 to £50 per night. Top
class accommodation may cost up to £120 per night (approximate prices).
All the above services are subject to availability.
Proportionate refunds will be made where specific services are not available
for whatever reason. The amount of the refund will be at the discretion of the
company.
We endeavour to provide a friendly and fair
service to all our clients.

General Information
Please note that you should keep your membership details
in a safe and secure place. Please memorize your password for your account
security.
Relationship with ladies: Romantic Adventures provides
the potential for dating, relationship development and marriage. There is no
guarantee of this. The relationship is between the client and the lady. You are
fully responsible for your interactions with our ladies. Any problems between
you and the lady are out of the company's control. We reserve the right but
have no obligation to monitor relations / problems between you. We reserve the
right to cancel your membership.
Information accuracy: Romantic Adventures has thousands
of ladies on the website. We endeavor to ensure the accuracy and credibility of
the information provided (education, qualifications, marital status, age etc).
Romantic Adventures will remove ladies and inform clients if any doubts are
raised as to the ladies credibility. Romantic Adventures cannot be held
responsible for the accuracy of the ladies profiles and content of letter
communication information. We do not endorse the accuracy or reliability of
information displayed, uploaded or distributed by our ladies, agencies or
members. Reliance on any site information is at your own risk. We are not
responsible for the conduct online or offline of our ladies or members. It is
advisable to use caution and common sense using this site as required with any
mode of relationship development. If a member has any doubts about a particular
lady or is simply interested in finding our more information, we will interview
and obtain actual evidence about her. This is an additional service, which will
need to be paid for. Romantic Adventures will act in a reasonable manner to
ensure safe passage during your stay. Any actions by the client such as travel
between cities, sampling night-life and other actions such as socializing are
the sole responsibility of the client and outside the control of the company.
Complaints procedure: We constantly strive to maintain a
quality service. However if you have any cause for complaint you should firstly
email us at mail@asavantage.com and we will deal with the complaint promptly
and reply to you as soon as we have investigated the matter. We will strive to
resolve any complaint amicably. Where you are dissatisfied with your
complaint/enquiry response, you can also write to the Proprietor at the address
below.
Responsibility: The company will not be responsible or
liable for: injury, personal injury, property damage, property or other losses,
accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused either by reason or defect
through the acts or default of any person contracted in conveying passengers or
in conveying out the arrangements of the tour, or as direct acts of god, fire,
breakdown, acts of government or other authorities de jour or de facto, wars,
hostilities, civil disturbances, strike(s), riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics,
quarantines, medical or custom regulations or from any other case beyond the
company's control.
Independent contractors: The Company has no involvement
apart from providing generic advice as to the client's transportation to the
chosen destination. All services during the period of stay, transportation,
accommodation are provided by independent contractors over which we exercise no
control. The company makes no quarantines or warranties, express or implied
regarding any such services.
Entire agreement: In the event any paragraph of this
agreement shall be declared invalid or void by any court, such declarations
shall not invalidate the entire agreement and all other paragraphs of the
agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree any claim or
litigation shall be brought under the courts and laws of England. The limit of
any damages shall be the amount the client paid the company for the services /
trip provided, which is the subject matter of these terms and conditions of
agreement.
Member Account Balance: On this page, you have an account,
which will need to be kept in credit / topped up. You control this and a
deduction will be made when you have a letter translated as explained above.
You may also utilize this account is if you decide to buy a lady a gift. All
letter sending and gift sending is wholly at the member's discretion, which
allows you to budget and fully control your costs.
Member Profiles: one of the most exciting benefits that
membership provides is that ladies may wish to make initial contact with you by use of our expression of wish facility! Dozens of new ladies join each
day and they are encouraged to view the profiles and they can make initial
contact with you using the
expression of wish service.
Ladies are not allowed to write to members at
first instance, but on the behalf, the company invites you to write to them,
which you can obviously decline if you do not favour the profile.
The control panel is an area that provides well-thought
out efficiency for your convenience. There will be no messy external emails and
your messages hold your emails in
chronological order with the ladies picture so it could not be simpler.
Also there is a favorite's page, customer
support facility and help page setting out the costs of the site as explained
previously.
In regard to the extra pictures and videos in the member
area we constantly try to ensure a good selection so you can receive the most
accurate impression of your chosen ladies. However due to the sheer number of
ladies on our site and new ones constantly joining this is administratively
difficult and not all ladies have a video clip or a full amount of extra
pictures. This is constantly improving, however if you are particularly
interested in any ladies who have insufficient pictures/video, we will endeavor
to get the additional pictures and video and this will be at the top of our
priority list as your communications are in progress.
Our operating costs are significant, and they include
offices, marketing costs, staff, Servers, and bandwidth
costs for downloading videos etc. The company can terminate your membership if
you have breached this agreement or for any reason at its full discretion if it
thinks you are an unsuitable member and we will send you notice of termination.
We will refund any payments you have made at our discretion but we may have to
deduct reasonable costs and losses, which we have incurred. You may terminate
your membership at any time.
Site content and unauthorized use: Illegal or
unauthorized users of this site including those who download any site content
pictures, profiles to be used elsewhere or not will be investigated and
appropriate legal, civil, criminal action will be taken. The company has the
right to delete content, messages, photos, and other content that violates this
agreement or is in any way deemed by the company to be offensive, illegal or it
may offend our ladies or members or the site users or threaten the safety of
our ladies and members. The member is solely responsible for the content he
up-loads and displays.
Charges and costs. It is free to view the ladies profiles
and pictures and browse the site. However to have access to additional pictures
and videos and to begin any communications with ladies and to utilize other
benefits you need to become a member.
Membership is free of charge. A nominal amount of £5 is
required to activate you account, and to verify you are 18 years old or over.
Privacy: use of the web site and other services remains
private but to operate the site we have to send your information through our
internal control panel to be translated into Russian and then on to our
staff and communicated to the particular ladies. Your profile will of course
also be viewed on our English Dreams site, which is a normal world wide website
available for all to view if they have the site address. By up-loading your
profile you consent to your data being sent to our staff contractors and third
parties, as may be involved in the provision and operation of the service. All
your personal data is strictly confidential outside of what is provided above.
Company responsibilities: We will always do our best to
maintain the full working order of the site. We may at times need to
temporarily suspend the service for operational reasons (e.g. repairs, planned
maintenance, up grades) but we will restore the service as soon as possible. We
reserve the right to make changes to the service from time to time to improve
the quality of the service. If for reasons outside of our control we cannot do
what we have promised due to something beyond the company's control (including
without limitation disputes involving our agencies or employees or web
development) we will not be liable.
Agreement modifications: We may need to amend or alter
out terms and conditions from time to time. Therefore you should check that the
terms and conditions are acceptable to yourself on a monthly basis. If required
we amend the terms and conditions on the last day of each month. If you do not
wish to continue with the service due to the amendments simply terminate your membership.
If you continue to use the service after the notice period has expired you will
be deemed to have accepted the amendments and modifications.
Limitation of Liability: In the absence of any negligence
by us you use the site and the service at your own risk. If we breach any of
the agreement we will not be responsible for any of your losses as a result
except those losses that are reasonably foreseeable consequence of the breach.
We have no liability including that of negligence for the acts omissions of
server providers, other provider services and telecommunications or for faults
of networks and associated equipment.
The web site and service is provided on a
"as-is" basis. We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific
results from the use of the site/service. We make no warranties, guarantees or
representations as to the quality or fitness for a particular purpose of the
service except that we will operate with reasonable skill and care as an online
service provider and meetings arranger.
The provision of direct contact details is not only at the ladies discretion, it is at the discretion of the company. The direct contact provision is merely to randomly check that the ladies with whom the member is communicating is a real person. Our policy is to encourage the member as much as we possibly can to accept our tour support whilst visititing ladies. At least then we can empasise the total futility of risking meeting just one lady which is proved to fail, hence the implementation of this rule. The rule is simply, your first tour is compulsory, and we will only allow direct contacts after you have paid for your full tour in advance. We may accept a deprosit for a tour of 30% and activate your direct contacts, however release of direct contact details of ladies is at the ladies discretion at first instance, and at the the company discretion at the second instance. Where ladies contact details are provided to a member who has paid for a tour, or a deposit for a tour, the member should realise that ladies have been strictly instructed that it is against the rules to meet members outside our first company assisted tour arrangements, for their first meeting. Do not put ladies in the predicament of having to choose against being banned from usage of our free service to them, and yourself. If they did meet you, they are in a lose, lose situation, i.e. you may never want to see them again, and if the company finds out, they will be banned from the site. Also, we will not entertain any enquiry from any member who has travelled thousands of miles to meet a lady, who has failed to turn up to meet him. We are here to help, so if you want support, please accept our advice that a full tour is both necessary for your success, and compulsory for your first tour.
INFORMATION FOR US CLIENTS, WHICH MAY IN
THE FUTURE BE APPLIED TO ALL MEMBERS. IMBR (International Marriage Broker Regulation)
is legislation that, theoretically, is supposed to give foreign women more information about US men.
The United States Government has passed recent legislation:
(Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act, subtitle D sec. 831-834)
that will soon make it somewhat more cumbersome for you to make initial contact with foreign women.
The law will not hamper you in any way from taking a Romance Tour or even going over
individually and meeting the women in person. So, all this means is that you will have to
complete a background form to disclose some information to a lady, if you wish to
aquire her contact details. TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE, IF ANY OF THE QUESTIONS
IN THE "BACKGROUND FORM" could be of concern to you, then you should
seek professional legal advice before making any request for direct contact details.
WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR VISA ADVISE, OR ANY USE OF OUR SERVICE
THAT COULD IN THE FUTURE HAVE AN IMPACT ON VISA ADVICE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE VISA
ADVICE. Our site does not, and never has, provided addresses of ladies without their permission.
This particular legislation was set up to protect women, so if you have a criminal record then
you must declare that, and you must also declare your marriage history.
Failure to disclose this to the lady may spoil any future VISA application that you require,
and you risk being banned from our website. The International Marriage Broker Regulation Act
(H.R. 3402 Title VIII – Subtitle D) went into effect on March 6, 2006.
The law protects the rights and safety of foreign women, who emigrate into the U.S.
as fiances or wives of gentlemen living in the U.S. There are several key features to the legislation:
NEW FIANCE VISA FORMS: 1-129F Fiance and K-3 Spousal Visa petitions will now require that
the petitioner provide information regarding any criminal history for specified crimes,
including violent offenses, domestic abuse or sexual assault.
(The foreign ladies are already required to provide similar criminal background information
during the Visa application process).
LIMIT ON NUMBER OF VISA PETITIONS: Men who have filed two (2) or more fiance visa petitions
in the past, and had at least one of them approved, must wait two (2) years from the last filing date
before being approved for another fiance visa petition. (Exception: Under some circumstances,
a petitioner may be able to obtain a "waiver".)
MULTIPLE VISA PETITION DATABASE: Men who have been approved for a second visa petition
or who are filing for a third visa petition will be put into a Visa Petition Database,
which will be used to monitor possible abuse of the visa system.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PAMPHLET: The Department of Homeland Security will develop a pamphlet
for publication on State Department and Embassy websites, which will review the visa process,
marriage and visa fraud, conditional residency, domestic violence and abuse rights,
where and how to get help, as well as many other warnings and notifications.
The pamphlet will be published in 14 languages and will be updated every two years.
CONSULAR INTERVIEW: During the consular interview, the officer will provide the visa applicant with
information and documents in her native language regarding the male petitioner's marital
and divorce history, as well as any criminal and/or domestic violence history.
The officer will also review the Federal Pamphlet described above, and answer any questions
the lady may have. The Consular officer will also ask the visa applicant if the relationship
was facilitated by an International Marriage Broker and, if so, ask if the broker provided her

Personal Contact Information to a U.S. client, an IMB must:
Search the National Sex Offender Public Registry and State Sex Offender
Public Registry in any state the U.S. client has lived for the past twenty (20) years.
Require the U.S. client to provide background information
(and supporting documents where necessary)
regarding his past criminal and/or domestic violence history including arrests,
his marital and divorce history, ages of any children under 18 years of age,
and all states and countries where the client has lived since age 18.
Provide the gathered information to the lady in her native language and secure
her written consent to release her Personal Contact Information to that specific U.S. client.
